REGISTRATION STATEMENTS AND FILINGS MSPC has been involved in over 100 registration statements (e.g., S-1, SB-1, SB-2 and S-3) which have raised proceeds ranging from $500,000 to $135,000,000. We also provide advisory services in connection with the continuing compliance requirements of Regulations S-X, S-B, and S-K. Additionally, we can assist clients in the preparation of the financial sections of their annual and quarterly filings (Forms 8K, 10-K, 10-KSB, 10-Q and 10-QSB).
