Richard J. Montalbano - Principal Richard J. Montalbano is a principal with MSPC Rick is the audit principal for a number of closely held businesses. He has a unique area of expertise in consulting to the maritime industry. He has experience in the practical interpretation and application of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules regulating publicly traded companies and is knowledgeable in both initial public offerings and periodic reporting requirements. Rick also specializes in income tax compliance both within the United States and internationally. Rick is the principal in charge of our New York City office located on Madison Avenue in NY and regularly assists clients of the international offices of Moore Stephens. Rick attended Pace University where he received both a BBA and an MBA degree with a concentration in accounting.
