Robert J. Jannelli - Principal Robert J. Jannelli is a principal with MSPC Robert has 16 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing, and consulting services to employee benefit organizations, as well as privately-held companies. Mr. Jannelli has developed an expertise in multiemployer and single employer benefit plans, ensuring compliance with professional standards promulgated by authoritative bodies, such as the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Internal Revenue Service. He has developed a strong relationship with the advisors and their plans. Most recently, Robert has begun overseeing the HIPAA*PO program in the New York City and Long Island region. HIPAA*PO is a resource program and service that assists practitioners in achieving compliance with HIPAA's Privacy and Security regulations. In addition, Robert serves on the committee responsible for the internal publication, Moore Benefit Plans, where he is also a contributor of articles. Robert attended Clarion University in Pennsylvania where he received a BS degree in accounting.
