Michael G. Mullen is a principal with

Mike has been a member of the firm's Executive Committee since 1998 and currently serves as the principal in charge of the firm's Quality Control department. He is the direct manager for the audit and reporting requirements of 10 publicly-held clients, in addition to servicing a number of closely-held businesses.
Mike has extensive experience in the practical interpretation and application of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules regulating publicly-traded companies. As an SEC accounting and business consulting expert, he helps clients address U.S. financial reporting and compliance issues, as well as any international accounting and tax issues that may arise. He has developed a particular specialty relative to registering foreign companies on U.S. markets. Such companies have included an Australian bio-tech firm, a German broker-dealer, and English telecommunications company and an Israeli medical research concern.
Mike and the firm have provided service to clients in Australia, Belgium, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. He recently played a key role in the merger of a German venture capital fund with a Canadian venture capital fund.
Additionally, Mike completed a joint audit with the Moore Stephens branch in Hannover, Germany. The audit client, a computer distributor with over $700 million in revenue, merged with a $3 billion U.S.-based, publicly-traded firm.
Mike attended Rutgers University where he received a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a member of the board of directors of the Union County Chamber of Commerce. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New Jersey and New York Societies of CPAs (NJSCPA and NYSSCPA).
