Angelo J. Coppolino is a principal with
MSPC and a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
Angelo directly manages the audit and reporting requirements of several publicly-held clients whose revenues range from $20 million to $200 million. In addition, he services several closely-held businesses.
Angelo has hands-on experience in the practical interpretation and application of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules regulating publicly-traded companies.
As an SEC accounting and business consulting expert, he helps clients address U.S. financial reporting and compliance issues, as well as any international accounting and tax issues which may arise during the process of establishing, acquiring or liquidating companies in foreign countries.
Angelo and the firm have provided service to clients in Australia, Belgium, China, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. He recently played a key role in the public offering of a start up health care company listed on NASDAQ with over $200 million in revenue.
Angelo has been very active in mergers and acquisitions not only from an accounting, consulting and tax standpoint but also in assisting to locate buyers, sellers, and funding sources.
Angelo attended Saint Peter's College where he received his bachelor's degree in accounting. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJSCPA), and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA).
